If you have successfully listened to a game or it stopped during the game, most likely the arena is experiencing a technical problem with the internet connection. Press the play button after a few minutes to retry the connection.

If you have not been able to start the stream please try the following steps.

1) Update your operating system Windows or Mac

2) Download latest Windows Media Player

3) Windows 98, ME and Windows 2000 users download Windows Media Codec

4) If the above fails, make sure you have the latest and correct sound drivers installed on your computer, and disable your firewall for troubleshooting. View your firewall log to open the correct port.
